ಖಾರ್ವಿಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ನಿರ್ಣಯ 2022 – “ಕಿರು ವೀಡಿಯೊ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ”
ಸಂವಹನ (ಕಮುನಿಕೇಶನ್) ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ (ಯೆಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಶನ್)-
ಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳು, ಭಾವನೆಗಳು, ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಸಂವಹನವು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಎಂದು ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ. ಸಂವಹನದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಹೇಳಿದ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದು ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಅನುಭವಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಹನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶವೆಂದರೆ ಇಂತಹ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಭಾಷಣ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಷಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಂತಹ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲಿರಿ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸ್ಪರ್ದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು(ಸರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಟ್) ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
ವಿಜೇತರನ್ನು 3 ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ, ಭಾಷೆಯ ನಿರರ್ಗಳತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ

ವೀಡಿಯೊ ಉದ್ದವು 3 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಇರಬಾರದು (ವೀಡಿಯೊವು 3 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಉದ್ದವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ನಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಂಕಗಳು ).
ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಹರಿವು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
ಭಾಷಣವು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಆರಂಭ, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯದ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಅಥವಾ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಭಾಷೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಒಂದು ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಬಹುದು.

Communication and Expression —
We all know that communication is key to the expression of ideas, emotions, aspirations, and needs. In communication, it is equally important to have the ability to listen and understand another person to follow directions. by engaging in meaningful experiences that build their general knowledge about the world, Children increase their language and communication skills. The primary purpose of this competition is that we believe activities such as speech on a specific topic, enable Communication and Language Development, Literacy Development plus Creativity, and being expressive.
Participate with your family members and win prizes. All Participants will get Certificates
Winners will be judged on 3 main points, Information related to the topic, Language Fluency and Confidence in Speech
Conditions
Video and Audio should be clear.
Video length should not be more than 3 minutes (negative points if the video is more than 3 minutes in length ).
The flow of information in the speech should be clear and concise.
The speech should have a proper Beginning, Core points, and concluding opinions.
Participants can either choose English or Kannada only.
A participant can participate in one topic only.
Topics
1st group: 5th, 6th & 7th
Topic – What type of education do you like more… Online Classes? Or going to school?
Duration: 3 minutes
Speech shall be made by participants only, but parents of Participants can be with them in the video,
2nd group: 8th, 9th & 10th
Topic – Your Goals or your Parents dreams: Which to accomplish?
Duration: 3 minutes
Speech shall be made by participants only, but parents of Participants can be with them in the video,
3rd group: 1st and 2nd PUC or 11th and 12th class
Topic – Who is my role model and why?
Duration: 3 minutes
Speech shall be made by participants only, but parents of Participants can be with them in the video.
4th group: Any Diploma & Degree Students
Topic – If kharvi Community has to become a super develop in the next two decades, which are the top three areas it needs to focus on first?
Duration: 3 minutes
Speech shall be made by participants only, but parents of Participants can be with them in the video.
Conditions
1) Only Students are eligible to talk in the Speech/Short Video Competition
Only Students currently studying in the classes mentioned under each group are eligible to participate in that specific group.
Ex: student currently studying in 5th, 6th or 7th or eligible to participate in group1
Parents can just be present in the video only. They are not eligible to make any speech or conversation.
2) Prizes: Each Group will have two prizes 1st place and 2nd place and all participants will get a certificate.
3) Topic & Duration – Participants are supposed to make their speech only for the specific topic given. If the speech extends to more than 3 minutes then the judges can reduce your score.
4) Language – Participants can make their video in one language only either in Kannada or English. No double entries will be allowed.
5) Judging – Professionals will be judging the video speeches and their decision will be final. They will be judging on three important points which are the expression of Information related to the topic, Clarity in Speech and Voice, Control over Language, and body language and other points.

ವಿಷಯ – ನನ್ನ ಗುರಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ನನ್ನ ಹೆತ್ತವರ ಕನಸುಗಳು: ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಬೇಕು?
ಅವಧಿ: 3 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳು
ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕು, ಆದರೆ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರ ಪಾಲಕರು(ತಂದೆ/ತಾಯಿ) ವೀಡಿಯೊದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರಬಹುದು.
3ನೇ ಗುಂಪು: 1ನೇ ಮತ್ತು 2ನೇ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಅಥವಾ 11ನೇ ಮತ್ತು 12ನೇ ತರಗತಿ
ವಿಷಯ – ನನ್ನ ಮಾದರಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ (ರೋಲ್ ಮಾಡೆಲ್) ಯಾರು ಮತ್ತು ಏಕೆ?
ಅವಧಿ: 3 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳು
ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕು, ಆದರೆ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರ ಪಾಲಕರು(ತಂದೆ/ತಾಯಿ) ವೀಡಿಯೊದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರಬಹುದು.
4 ನೇ ಗುಂಪು: ಯಾವುದೇ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಮತ್ತು ಪದವಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು
ವಿಷಯ: ಮುಂದಿನ ಎರಡು ದಶಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾರ್ವಿ ಸಮಾಜವು ಸೂಪರ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಬೇಕಾದರೆ, ಅದು ಮೊದಲು ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಮೂರು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳು ಯಾವುವು?

1) ಭಾಷಣ/ಸಣ್ಣ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಗುಂಪಿನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಲಾದ ತರಗತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಗುಂಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಉದಾ: ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 5ನೇ, 6ನೇ ಅಥವಾ 7ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಗುಂಪು1ರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ
ವೀಡಿಯೊದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲಕರು (ತಂದೆ/ ತಾಯಿ) ಮಾತ್ರ ಇರಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಾಷಣ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ.
2) ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳು: ಪ್ರತಿ ಗುಂಪಿಗೆ ಎರಡು ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳು ಇರುವುದು, ಅವು 1 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮತ್ತು 2 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು(ಸರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಟ್) ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
3) ವಿಷಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅವಧಿ – ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತ್ರ ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಭಾಷಣವು 3 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿದರೆ,ಜೇಡ್ಜಸ್ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಕೊರನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
4) ಭಾಷೆ – ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವೀಡಿಯೊವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಅಥವಾ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಎರಡು ನಮೂದುಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
5) ನಿರ್ಣಯ – ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು ವೀಡಿಯೊ ಭಾಷಣಗಳ ವಿಜೆಯತರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವು ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ನೋಡುವುದು ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ, ಮಾತು ಮತ್ತು ಧ್ವನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟತೆ, ಭಾಷೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಡಿ ಲ್ಯಾಂಗ್ವೇಜ್ ಹೀಗೆ ಮೂರು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
